After 35 years of preparing some of the best fare in the area, Jay and Jacki Witlen turned over the wooden spoon to new owners Norman and Wednesday Vogel.
Long-time Florida residents Norm and Wednesday are proud to have successfully established a variety of regional restaurants. Moving from Key West, Florida in 2013 with their two small children, they fulfilled their dream of calling Colorado — and Fort Collins — their new home.
While still maintaining restaurants in Florida, they had the opportunity and honor to become local business owners in 2014 by purchasing Jay's Bistro.
